Reservations, once confirmed are subject to cancellation conditions. Any reservation that is cancelled inside of 14 days will be charged at 100% of the reservation value including taxes and service charge if the room cannot be resold. We have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights, only during the peak season.
Check-in from 2pm, check out 12pm. Early arrivals and late departures subject to availability, please check at the time of reservation.
Room service is available from 0700 until 2130
The swimming pool is open 24hrs but there is no lifeguard present. If swimming at night please be mindful of other guests who may be resting.
The garden, pool and rooms are for our house guests’ private use. Non-residents are restricted to the public areas of the hotel and restaurant.
List of All amenities for all rooms: All rooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, hairdryer, safety deposit box, telephone (not direct dial), complimentary wi-fi, complimentary bottled water (replenished daily).
The Room matching and categorization
Our rooms are of all shapes and sizes and as such some are more suited to certain guests than others.
Garden Room: Perfect for a couple or single traveler. This room has a king size four poster bed. The room opens onto the shared verandah with a view onto the pool and garden. The room has comfortable chairs outside to relax after a hard day’s sightseeing. The maximum occupancy is strictly 2 people
Loft Suites: Like the Garden Room each suite has a king size four poster bed but situated on a raised mezzanine floor reached via a staircase. The lower floor has the lounge and bathroom. While offering more space, ideal for guests staying a bit longer, they are not suited for guests with any mobility issues. Again the maximum occupancy is 2 people.
The Porcelain Suite: With a similar overall floor area to our Loft Suites this heritage suite is set over one floor. Most suited for a couple but a nice treat if you are travelling alone.
Family Suites: We have 3 specific suites suited to families. Each room has a king size bed and a sofa bed but each of these rooms have a unique layout. Please see our detailed rooms pages for further information so that you can select the best choice for your requirements. If you have any doubts or queries then do contact us and we shall give you our recommendation. Each suite may be occupied by 2 adults and 2 children (6-11 yrs), or 3 adults.
Grand Apartment Suites: Each suite in the Grand Apartment has a king size four poster bed for double or single occupancy. Please note that the apartment is an adults only area and children under 16 years are not permitted.
