The taxes are 10% service charge and 14% statutory charges which are standard throughout Sri Lanka. |

Cancellation Policy: |
Less than 14 days before arrival 100% cancellation fee unless the room/suite can be resold. In peak season any cancelled booking is charged at the full rate inclusive of surcharge if the room/suite cannot be resold. |

Children Policy: |
We are happy to welcome families with children over 3 years but please note that we do not offer any special facilities. We only offer one suite with children in the hotel at any time. An extra bed for a child can be added to a suite for usd25++. Please note that we cannot accept children under 12 years in the Grand Apartment. |

|
Transport: |
We are pleased to arrange an air-conditioned minivan and driver to meet you at the airport and bring you to Galle. The charge is USD100++. |
|
|
|
|
Tours: |
We can arrange tours of the area by air-conditioned minivan and driver and this can be discussed and booked when you are with us. |
|
|
|
|
Peak Season: |
Christmas, New Year, Literary and Arts Festivals, and Chinese New Year fall between December 18th 2011 - January 31st 2012. All these dates as well as cricket season 24th – 31st March 2012 and Easter Week 7th – 12th April 2012 require a minimum stay of three nights and attract a 25% surcharge. |

All our rates are on a room only basis. Breakfast is available at USD10 ++ per person. |
